Resiliency, the ability to rebound from life's difficulties and challenges in a healthy way, is becoming a popular model for both teens and adults. Teach the "Ten Foundational Attributes of Resiliency" in a fun, strength-based activity. Looks at five areas: home/family, social situations, school/work, and "About Myself". Materials include: 16 laminated bingo cards (each 8" x 10"), 75 calling cards (15 each for five topics), bingo chips, reproducible handouts ("Resiliency Attributes" and "My Resiliency"), and facilitator's instruction sheets. Grades 7-12.
