The Ambu Matic fits in various emergency cases, soft packs etc.
Single-slide control for physiologically coherent settings of frequency and tidal volume.
Manual override button for hyperventilation.
Oxygen concentration switch for ventilation at either 60% or 100% oxygen concentration. The low setting increases the available treatment time.
Fixed pressure limiting valve setting at 60 cm H2O for increased patient safety.
Pressure gauge (optional) for indication of airway pressure.
Ventilation monitor (optional) with mechanical and electronic pressure gauge, incorporating alarm systems for airway pressure indication and prompt recognition of irregularities in airway pressure, i.e. disconnection or power failure, airway obstruction, stacking of ventilation or excessive loss of ventilation volume through the pressure limiting valve.
