The Ferno� Pedi-Pal� is a child transport seat designed to transport a child (newborn to 40 lbs) in an upright seated position either on a Ferno� cot, in the rearward-facing captain�s chair of an ambulance, or in the rear passenger seats of any licensed vehicle. The Pedi-Pal�s� unique design allows for easy folding and storage in a limited space. Storage configuration options include a �straight� position and �folded� position. These positions allow for storage in the backboard or outside compartments of an ambulance, as well as under the squad bench. In other vehicles, storage in the trunk would be most convenient. Features include single point size adjustment and restraint tightening (allows for quick application whatever size of child), easy-to-clean surface, and 5 point restraint strap (makes sure the child is safe, yet allows visibility of the critical monitoring points). Meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213."
