"Designed and constructed for both horizontal and vertical casualty evacuations, this stretcher is ideal for high angle and confined space rescue, as well as back-country wilderness and helicopter operations. The wrap-around concept provides the patient with a feeling of security, while protecting the arms and sides during evacuation. The stretcher's inner layer constructed of tough, high-density polyethylene sheet, which provides rigidity when curved around the patient. the lightweight and compact roll-up design is constructed from a fabric shell of Denier Cordura nylon with a heavy PU coating for a tough but comfortable surface for patient. Carry handles/vertical lift attachment points constructed of 2 web are designed as structural attachment points for the litter bridle. Plastic tubing on the carry handles provide more comfortable handles for rescuers."
