"Designed to be a back saver, the Breakaway Emergency Stretcher enables EMTs to easily move and transfer a patient from one place to another. Low-profile frame enables the patient to be log-rolled or lifted onto the breakaway stretcher. Because it adjusts along with the backrest of your cot, the stretcher can transport the patient with his or her head elevated. Once the patient is transferred to a hospital bed, the breakaway stretcher can be separated for easy removal without moving the patient. Unique cover resists blood and bodily fluids from getting into the plastic slider sleeves. Cleanup is fast and easy. Sliding frame halves ensure that the stretcher is intact and ready for immediate ue. A grab handle on the plastic slider permits easy removal of the center strip. Available in burgundy and orange."
