"In addition to its high-end Titan Series, Traverse Rescue is proud to introduce its new Gazelle Series basket stretchers.Built with the same attention to quality, the Gazelle Series baskets are targeted to the industrial market where needs are not as demanding as with rescue organizations, and lower cost is required.With three styles to chose from, Regular, Tapered and Confined-Space, there is a model to fit any need. The standard finish is a black powder coat, and it comes with three, 1 Ÿ patient-restraints using the simple and effective two-bar, three-bar connection system. As with the Titan Series, the Gazelle basket stretchers utilize black, Durathene netting in place of Âchicken wireÂ. Durathene has great weather characteristics and you will not have broken and rusting wire-ends scratching the rescuer or the patient. This netting is fastened to the stretcher using shock-cord, giving it the flexibility it needs for a long life in rugged conditions, and is easily replaced. All three models are constructed using carbon steel and are MIG welded."
