This fastener is permanently mounted to floor plates, securing cots and stretchers including Model 23, 24, 24-H, and 27-1 series.
Thumb screws permit easy installation and removal. The rear-fastener hook stores flat when not in use and rotates up and fastens as a ratchet mechanism when needed.
