the decontamination table top ii is designed as an emergency treatment and decontamination table for a contaminated/injured patient. it is radiotranslucent and allows for the use of a defibrillator. the table is portable, as it straps onto any standard hospital gurney or stretcher, and is easily stored by hanging vertically from the wall storage bracket that is included. constructed of 100% lightweight fiberglass, impermeable and resistant to most chemicals and solutions. in addition, it is easily cleaned and decontaminated for reuse. the backboard is equipped with molded slots to allow the wash fluid to escape from the patient rather than pool underneath, and rests on elongated pedestals 2 Inches above the base of the table. the table has a built-in slope of 2 Inches from head to foot that forces the wash fluid down the length of the table into a fifteen gallon waste water container. a splash reducing spray nozzle minimizes the spread of contaminated wash fluid. decontamination kit contains: 1 decon table top, 1 decon backboard, 2 adjustable locking straps, 1 splash reducing spray nozzle, 1 flexible drain hose, 2 15 gallon waste water containers with handles and sealed lid, 1 wall storage bracket dot 34 rated for hazardous materials.
