iv warmer 3000-the iv warmer is designed to bring one or two intravenous bags up to body temperature and hold them at the temperature so long as power is applied. the iv warmer is insulated so that it will keep the bags close to the starting temperature for extended periods of time. typically, without power, the iv warmer will lose 1 degree fahrenheit in ten minutes. the bag allows the user to dispense fluid without removing the iv bag from the iv warmer. the outer covering and insulation are fire retardant. for further safety, the iv warmer has a protective sensor to prevent thermal runaway and a fuse to protect against electrical failure. replace with type agc-5, 7amp fuse..
