The oval shape airway tube accomodates standard ET tube, sizes 5.0 - 8.5, allowing for intubation. The hyper-curved airway tube better accomodates the anatomy of the oral-pharyngeal passage emiminating the tendency to "over bend" and kink the airway tube.

The auxillary airway hole improves air flow and prevents suction effects from drawing the epiglotis inside the airway tube. The unique design gently elevates the epiglotis up allowing direct access to the laryngeal inlet.

The reusable ILA is manufactured with medical grade silicone

One-piece mask construction eliminates unwanted seams

Keyhole-shaped airway outlet directs OETT's midline toward the laryngeal inlet. Also creates ample space for other medical instruments used for intubation.

Once the ILA cuff is inflated, the mask ridges move against the posterior larynx improving the anterior mask seal. This helps isolate the esophagus reducing the potential for aspiration.

Recessed front approximates the anatomic shape of the posterior pharynx creating increased airway stability, smooth insertion and improved airway alignment.
