Return Policy

At Med-Worldwide.com, we recognize there are times when customers need to return an item, if you decide you do not want a product and wish to return it, please let us know before shipping it back. Do not forget to write your invoice number in a visible location when preparing the package. When calling customer service it is extremely helpful if you have your invoice number and product number available.

Please note all items that are being return must be in the same way that it was originally shipped. If the item is not defective, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the credited invoice. Any items over 30 days or used items CANNOT BE RETURNED.
